Travel MO

Travel MO is a Sri Lankan travel agency founded in 2012, with offices in Colombo and Ragama. It handles air ticketing, visa assistance, tours and travel insurance for leisure and corporate travellers, and is recognised as a Sabre GDS Top 10 agent.

I led a transformation of how Travel MO operated across several markets. We worked alongside Sabre, the global distribution system the agency books through, and I delivered the integration with it.

I defined the market strategy around seasons and events, including university intake periods when students travel, and managed the marketing budget across those markets against the results we set out to achieve.
